Kathleen "Kay" Frances (Williams) Taylor, 97, of Chelmsford, MA died Friday morning, October 22, 2021 at the Life Care Center in Acton, MA.

She was married to the late Ormond Taylor who died on April 19, 1996.

She was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Kathleen Williams. She graduated from Lowell High in 1942 and from Lowell Commercial College.

She retired from James L. Cooney Insurance Company in 1990, where she worked as a claims representative.

She was a communicant of Saint John the Evangelist Church.

She was a member of the American Legion Post 313 Women's Auxiliary of North Chelmsford and the Chelmsford Senior Citizens. She enjoyed playing scrabble, playing cards, bowling and doing cross stitching.

She is survived by three sons Gary Taylor of Chelmsford, MA, Brian Taylor of Nashua, NH and Mark Taylor of Lowell, MA; two daughters Nancy and her husband Kevin Clark and Diane and her husband Gary Dascoli of Chelmsford; four grandchildren Jennifer Nason, Sharon Rourke, Adam Taylor and Michael Taylor; three great grandchildren, Colin, Michael and Brielle a daughter-in-law, Ann Taylor of Wells, ME a sister-in-law, Edna Judge of Chelmsford and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late George Williams, John Williams, Gertrude DiArezzo, Helen Williams and Alice Flanagan of Lowell.

There were no visiting hours and a private Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Church in Chelmsford, MA. Burial in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Chelmsford. Memorials may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Assoc.,. 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Wal
