Mary Amanda Brown Cooley, age 85, died Friday, October 29, 2021, at The Pavilion at Kenton, in Covington, Kentucky. She was born in Pike County, Ohio, on March 3, 1936, to the late Charles E. and Matilda Rice Brown.
She is survived by: a daughter, Kathy (Brian) Teegarden, of Falmouth, Kentucky; a daughter-in-law, Chong Nana Cooley, of Texas; a brother, Adrian E. Brown, of Cherokee, North Carolina; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by: a son, Howard M. Cooley, Jr.; and two sisters, Bertha Lewis and Cinderella "Cindy" Barrett.
The family will hold services at a later date.
