Daughter of John King and Lydia Humbarger, accd'g to her d/c, which is an error. The informant was her son, Otto Pressler. Amanda's mother first married Frederick King, who died in 1860. She then married John Pressler in 1864. Amanda is a child of this second union.

Amanda evidently married William Pressler, making her maiden name and married name the same. They were the parents of two boys.

Buried next to her son, Otto. Neither of the graves are marked.
