Richard "Rickey" Lynn Staples, age 67, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Rickey was born September 23, 1954 to Johnnie and Delores Cooper Staples who preceded him in death.
A visitation for Rickey will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the chapel. Interment will follow the service at Valley Hill Cemetery.
Rickey is survived by his wife, Dawn Staples; his sons: Dean Staples (Lindsay) and Drew Staples (Kati); his brothers: Danny Staples (Beth) and Garry Staples (Denise); his grandchildren: Lukas and Locke Staples; Rayleigh and Hagen Staples; Aubrey, Asher, Abe and Abbott Tucker; and Noah, Cole and Adalee Harris; and several nieces and nephews.
