Cindy Louise White, 55, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

She worked at Great Dane for four years.

She was born December 14, 1965, in Clinton, Indiana to James Howard Elkins and Audrey Lind Elkins.

Survivors include, her husband, Jack White RHS '82 whom she married August 1, 2021; also surviving her mother; one son, Justin Elkins of Bloomington, Illinois; one stepdaughter, Lexi White of Terre Haute; two sisters, Diana Mendenhall of Dana, Indiana and Lorrie Mendenhall of Monroe City, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, James Charles "Jimmy" Elkins.

She was a 1984 graduate of Montezuma High School. She was a member of the Parkville Christian Church. She loved to travel, spending time with her family, and going to the Covered Bridge Festival. She was always hard working and rarely turned down over time at work.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 3, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville with Rev. John Cornell officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville.
