Roger served in Military and later worked for C&P Telephone (Bell Atlantic) than Verizon. He worked as a telephone repairman and was job steward with CWA. He held many positions with CWA and went on to become president. Because of his hard work he made working conditions better for employees of telephone co. He also helped to start other branches of the union to help many non union people get better pay and benefits. He will truly be missed by many.
