H. Paul Mock passed away on Dec. 6, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. Born Nov. 18, 1931 in Murray, UT to Henry Chris and Portia Godwin Mock. He was the fourth of six children. Paul graduated from South High School. A U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War he served from 1951 to 1955. During this time he married his first wife Jean Whittemore. Together they had one daughter, LeLane. He returned to school to study plumbing and received his journeyman's license.



He later divorced and with a small child he met and married Verga Bishop. Together they had two children, Denece and Kevin. They moved to CA. where he received his Master Plumbing degree and Contractor's License. He worked for LA County for many years and retired in 2004. Preceded in death by his sisters, Ruthella Jarvis and Lorraine Williams; a brother, Martin Mock; a daughter, LeLane Chester. Survived by his wife, two children, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren with one on the way; a brother, Bruce Mock; a sister, Hope Zelenyanzky. He loved his family and that love was returned.



Funeral Services will be held Thurs. December 13th at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 E. 10600 So., Sandy, where a Visitation will be held from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
Interment in Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
