Charles Richard "Dick" Norris, 79, of South Point, OH passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at his daughter's residence. Charles was born October 23, 1942, in South Point, OH, a son of the late Jesse and Charlotte Norris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Norris. Dick was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a Pilot and Industrial Pattern maker. Charles was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Julia Norris; three children, Susan Norris, Laura (Benji) Wiget, and Jeffrey (Kayla) Norris; three sisters, Lois DaCrema, Kathy Norris, and Sally Norris; one brother, Jesse Norris; ten grandchildren, Nathanel, Zachary (Mallarey), Aaron (Holli), Jacob, Emily (Jordan), Ty, Zoe, Hadlei, Lleyton, and Isla; and 3 great grandchildren, Emeri, Sophie, and Ella. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 1, 2021 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH.
