Laura MaryEllen (Pope) Cummings, 84, peacefully passed away October 23, 2021, surrounded by family at her home in Roy, Utah.
She was born on January 28, 1937, to Lloyd D. and Ida L. (Eastman) Pope in Green River, Wyoming.
She graduated from Weber High School in 1955 and attended Weber State College.
She married George G. Cummings in 1963.
She retired from IRS in Ogden, Utah, in 1995 after a 31-year career.
Laura is survived by her children, Becky (William) Ludlow, Arthur Cummings, Sheila (Mike) Ririe, and Randi Tanner; her sisters, Louise Field and Joyce (Jim) Daily; 11 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Laura is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her brothers Lloyd J., Orlan L., and Richard L. Pope.
Friends may visit with the family at the Roy City Senior Center at 5051 S. 2000 W. Roy, Utah on Monday, November 1, 2021, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
