Samuel Bryant Wilson, 24, of Wynne, Arkansas, died on August 21, 2021, in California. Sam was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 27, 1997, to Larry and Jennifer Edwards Wilson. He was a 2015 graduate of Wynne High School. During his high school career, Sam played football (wide receiver) and baseball for the Wynne Yellow Jackets. He was kind, personable and loved by all that knew him. He volunteered at Sober Living and was eager to reach out and help others in need. He was an avid hunter. Sam was devoted to his family, and his sweet dog Xena and he loved them unconditionally. He was a member of Wynne Baptist Church. Sam is survived by his parents, Larry and Jennifer Wilson of Wynne, sister, Taylor Wilson of Wynne, maternal grandmother, Denny Edwards of Forrest City, paternal grandparents, Betti Wilson of Forrest City, and Larry Wilson of Marianna, nephew, Rafe Wilson of Wynne and his sweet girl, Xena. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 11:30 am until 1 pm at Wynne Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Rev. Steve Walters and Rev. Matt Dunavant officiating. Burial will be in Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Forrest City Humane Society, P. O.
