He was the son of James 'Jim' and Shirley (Wilson) Baltzell. His mother survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Eric Baltzell, Celina; a sister, Tami (John) Conklin, Whitehouse; and one niece.
A graduate of Parkway High School, he worked in retail at Big Bear, Big Wheel and Kroger. He was a former member of the Rockford Presbyterian Church, and most recently attended Celina First Church of God. He loved watching sports. He particularly loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians.
Services will be at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Flack officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
