Judy Lamb

PRICE-On October 26, 2021 Judith Ann Mancina Lamb, age 80, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family after a brief battle with cancer.

She was born December 7, 1940 in Price, Utah to Paul and Frances Coli Mancina. She attended Notre Dame School and graduated from Carbon High School. She then studied at Loretta Heights College in Denver, Colorado.

Judy married John Dee Lamb on January 17, 1959. She followed John and his work to many different places, including one of her favorites - Pleasanton, California - until they decided to settle back home in Price in 1975 and have lived here since.

She was a very involved woman. Judy was a den mother to Cub Scouts for many years. She was an active member of Notre Dame's Home and School Association, member of the Salt Lake City Diocese School Board, and served as a CCD instructor for many years. Judy was honored as "Catholic Woman of the Year" at Notre Dame Parish in 2009. She loved volunteering her time annually for the famous Catholic School Carnival. She was the chairman of the Scofield Special Service District. In addition to helping her husband run his business, Judy was a dedicated stay-at-home mother who proudly raised five children.

Judy was a fun-loving wife, mother, sister, grandma, aunt, cousin, and friend. She lived and breathed for her family, extending them all her unconditional love, and constantly reinforcing that family comes first. Her greatest legacy will be the lifetimes filled with traditions and special memories that every family member carries with them. From beloved summers at the family cabin in Scofield, Utah, to dancing the Charleston every Thanksgiving during the family talent show, Judy has blessed her family and everyone who knows them with an uncommon and sacred love.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Dee Lamb; five children, Jeff and Mary Lamb (Draper, Utah), J-Dee and Carl Gramlich (Price, Utah), Rafe and Stephanie Lamb (Green River, Wyoming), Jason and Sara Lamb (South Jordan, Utah), Joe Lamb (Draper, Utah); 13 grandchildren, Jonathon and Danielle Lamb, Anna and Sean Grube, Elyse and Zack Mansir, Ali and Kyle Goracke, Zeke and Lauren Lamb, Mason Gramlich, Michael Lamb, Daniel Lamb, Natalie Lamb, Jessica Lamb, Grace Lamb, Walker Lamb, Tucker Lamb, who brought great joy to her life; 13 great-grandchildren, Paisley Gramlich, Jake Lamb, Brooklyn Grube, Evelyn Lamb, Luke Mansir, Bailey Grube, Gentry Goracke, Eli Mansir, Ramsey Goracke, Morgan Lamb, Jackson Grube, and two sweet great-grandbabies on the way. Judy also leaves behind her siblings, Marilyn Hildebrand, Paul and Marie Mancina, Connie and Steve Christopher, and Ellen Lamb; as well as many special nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Mass, Saturday, October 30, 11:00 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Rosary will take place Friday at 7 p.m. at the church. Family will receive friends Friday and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
