Born in Gainesville, FL on February 25, 1944 to A.F. and Dorothy L. Sims McNeill, she was a 1962 graduate of Gainesville High School and a Bell South retiree.
Predeceased by her parents, a sister and a niece, Sandra is survived by her daughter Cyndi Petersen (John) of Melrose, FL, her son Scott Kelley (Kenya) of Gainesville, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, sisters Joan Hogan (RJ) and Fran McNeill, one niece and several cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Providence Cemetery, CR 1474, Windsor, FL.
