Janet Ruth Coffey Ingram, age 98, of Lenoir, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Amorem Hospice of Burke County. She was born on October 11, 1923 in Caldwell County to the late Ivey W. and Exie Mae Coffey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank T. Ingram; one son, Larry Beane; one grandson, Tyler Ingram; and one sister, Velma Adkins. Mrs. Ingram was a devoted member of West Lenoir Baptist Church where she loved to worship and praise her Lord. She enjoyed cheering on her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves and spending time with her family. She was a hard worker and retired from Bernhardt Furniture as a supervisor for the sewing department. She will be remembered for her exceptional cooking and the love and care she had for her family.
Those left to cherish her memory include one son, Tom R. Ingram and wife Renee of Lenoir; two daughters, Carolyn Herman and Pat Greene both of Lenoir; one daughter-in-law, Judy Beane of Jacksonville, NC; one half sister, Betty Pope of Lenoir; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. Rev. Shannon Harmon will be officiating.



Serving as pallbearers will be Cory Hargis, Buddy Greene, Jake Greene, Jon Ingram, Wesley White and Todd Reese.
