Jeffrey Alan Bailey, age 50 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. He was born January 13, 1971 in Howell, Michigan to the late Carl & Bonnie Hyden Bailey. He was the husband of Terri Cavins Bailey. He was a block layer. Along with his wife he is survived by his Daughter: Heather Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Brother: Carl Bailey Jr. of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Sisters: Carol Bailey of Texas, Carla Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Judith Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Shari Fannin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Nova Hallam & Donavan Hallam. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 6pm to 10pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky
