Douglas H Campbell, 99, died October 23, 2021 in Midvale, Utah, of causes incident to age.
He was born April 1, 1922, in Preston, Idaho to Julius H Campbell and Hulda Maria Lundstedt.
He spent his youth on the family farm in Corinne, Utah where he met Lois Reeder. They were married March 20, 1947, in the Logan, Utah Temple. They moved to Salt Lake City, where they raised their family.
Preceded in death by Lois, son Robert, parents Hulda and Julius, siblings Harmon, Walter, Melvin, Reed and Rita Mae. Survived by children Robyn, Corie, Ken (Suzi), Heather (Wendy), Rainey (Jon) and Cameron (Jean) 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at 11 am at the Memorial Lakeview Mortuary, 1640 East Lakeview Dr., Bountiful, Utah 84010
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, (Center St), 200 N Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111
In lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Perpetual Education Fund.
