age 71, born November 1, 1949, passed away July 19, 2021. Kevin Francis Lamb was born to John Lowry Lamb, Sr., and Nancy Louise (ne Hurd) Lamb on November 1, 1949 in Lakewood, Ohio, and was the eldest of three sons. He passed away peacefully at the home of his long-time friend and companion, Donna Morris, on July 19, 2021 in La Verne, California after a brief battle with cancer. A graduate of Lakewood High School in 1968, Kevin joined the Air Force after graduation and served four years as a communications specialist along the Alaskan/Russian border. Kevin was a lifelong musician who started out singing and playing folk music in the Cleveland area and later performed professionally in a variety of groups throughout California. He was a naturally gifted guitar player, and his original music and videos have been viewed over 100,000 times world-wide. Through his music, Kevin was able to meet and collaborate with many of his musical idols and this resulted in a lot of special memories and "once in a lifetime" experiences. In 1973 Kevin and two of his original band mates started an advertising agency in Riverside, California, and began writing jingles for local businesses. This grew into a life-long career writing and producing radio, television and cable advertising. Kevin enjoyed taking his jet skis out to local mountain lakes or on trips to the Colorado River with his SeaDoo Club. He also loved his many cats and his guitars. Kevin is survived by his brothers John Lowry Lamb, Jr., of Berea, Ohio and Michael Lyman Lamb, Michael's wife Fumiko, and nephew Sean of Torrance, California along with many loving cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 30, at 10:45 am at Lakewood Park Cemetery, Rocky River, Ohio. Kevin will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
