Larry Harris age 72 of Guin, AL passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at his residence.
Born June 18, 1949 in Guin, AL, he is the Son of the late J.B. and Willie Herron Harris and the Husband of Loretta Perry Harris. He had lived in Guin most of his life and served on the Guin Volunteer Fire Department. After retiring from 3M Company he worked for State Bank and Trust. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served in the Vietnam War and received 2 Bronze Stars. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Club and the First Baptist Church of Guin.
He is survived by his Wife, Loretta Harris of Guin, AL, A Son, Darrell Harris of Birmingham, AL, A Sister, Mary Nell Hayes (Jerry) of Columbus, MS and several Nieces and Nephews. Special pets, GiGi and Brady.
Services held Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the First Baptist Church of Guin with Burial in the Harmony Grove Cemetery. Bro. Kenny Hatcher officiating.
