Windsor; daughter-n-law, Erin Garrett; a granddaughter, Ava Garrett, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Margaret, affectionally known to family as "Dottie" was educated in the Prince George's County Public School System where she graduated from Frederick Douglas High School, Croom, Maryland in 1970. As a teenager, she attended Nottingham Myers United Methodist Church with her grandparents and sang in the Gospel Choir. Later, her mother and siblings followed. Margaret and Keith met after high school and had a Christian Marriage at Chapel #2 on Andrews AFB Maryland followed by the enjoyment of 48 beautiful years together. During their marriage, they lived in several U.S. states to include Maryland, California, and Virginia. Margaret loved elephants and over the years collected over 100 figurines and plushes which were proudly displayed throughout her home. She began working for Contel Phone Company, where she held various positions to include Service Representative, Toll Investigation and Service Technician.
