Mr. Edward Sullivan, Jr. age 79, of New Hartford, passed away on Sunday October 24, 2021 at the Abraham House in Rome, NY with his loving family by his side.

He was born in Syracuse, NY on March 17, 1942 a son of the late Edward Sr., and Erma Pichette Sullivan and was educated in Syracuse schools. He served our country in the US Navy. Ed was employed for many years with Syracuse University as the Maintenance Supervisor, until his retirement. Ed was a loving and devoted family man. He was kind-hearted and went above and beyond for anyone who was in need. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. His loved ones will forever hold his memory in their hearts.

Surviving are the love of his life Beverly Castello; his children Edward Sullivan, Joseph and wife Robin Sullivan, Theresa Sullivan and Ken, Christine Odjic and Jennifer Viviano all of Syracuse; two sisters Laura and husband Patrick McCooey of Syracuse and Anne Peterson of Rochester; 8 grandchildren: his extended family Mary Lourdes and Mark Paciello and their children Mark Paciello and Courtney and Nicole Paciello and Mike, and great-granddaughter Viviana; also John Castello and Nicole; and nieces and nephews and his canine companion Beamer.

Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
