William L. Walters 89, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL passed away October 18, 2021. He was born on April 12, 1932.
Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and then retired from L&N Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Walters and sister Jean E. Corbin.
Bill leaves behind to cherish his memory his sister Shirley T. Dennison (Freymond), nephew Larry W. Corbin (Julie) and nieces Cindy K. Corbin (Wayne) and Kelly J. Jarrell (Rick).
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 27th from 11am-2pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home. A funeral to honor the life of Bill will take place following visitation at 2pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Bill will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
