Bob retired from Caterpillar after 30 years of service. He enjoyed fishing at Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Watching drag racing was one of his favorite pastimes.
Survivors include his wife, Julia; his daughter, Laura Greenwood; his sisters, Mary Luba, Margaret Leigh and Pamela (Gary) Schmidt; his step-daughters, Ann (Will) Hartle and Debbie Sickler; his 6 step-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elizabeth Cornele.
A private graveside service will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park.
Memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army in Bob's name.
