ZEBULON – Ann Strickland Fowler, 85, made her ascension to Glory, Saturday night, October 23, 2021 at Avendelle Assisted Living at Lazy River. She was born March 5, 1936 in Wake County to the late Paul Strickland and Neva Horton Strickland.
Ann worked in the Wake County School System as a School Secretary.
In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby H. Perry, second husband, Noel C. Fowler and her beloved grandson, Austin P. Quinn.
She is survived by her loving children, Bob H. Perry, Jr (Daphne), Jeff K. Perry (Leslie) and Kathy P. Quinn (Robbie); brother, Rod P. Strickland; grandchildren, Robert Paul Quinn (Megan), Garrett D. Quinn (Landis), Meredith P. Weadon (Mark), Kimberly P. Butler (Paul), Anna N. Perry and Mason G. Perry; great grandchildren, Mark D. Weadon, Neva K. Quinn, Madilyn J. Weadon and Perry A. Butler.
A Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 6:30pm – 8:00pm, Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, 211 W. Third St., Wendell, NC 27591.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Zebulon Baptist Church, 400 N. Arendell Ave., Zebulon, NC 27597. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
