Coshocton - Dorothy Jane Fleming, 78, of Coshocton, passed away on October 20, 2021, at OSU Medical Center. She was born February 22, 1943, to the late Melvin and Margaret (Powell) Thompson.

Jane was a retired nurse at Coshocton Memorial Hospital, where she worked for 30 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Warsaw and enjoyed singing and talking about her boys.

Jane is survived by her three sons - James Jr (Nikki) Fleming, Eric (Keith) Fleming, and Eron Fleming. Two grandchildren have also survived - Jimmy III (Amanda) and Jeremy (Courtney) Fleming. Jane is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Mason, Braden, Julian, Scarlett, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her sister Peggy Ann, her brothers Bob (Jean) and Tom (Jennie) Thompson.

Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, officiated by Dan Eggan. Jane will be laid to rest at Fairfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jane's name to the Colon Cancer Foundation, 10 Midland Ave. Suite M-06 Port Chester, NY 10573.
