Wanda (Yarosevich) Harrington, of Perkinsville, VT passed away on November 11, 2015 at the Elm Wood Center in Claremont, NH. She was born in Springfield, VT; the daughter of Joseph and Wanda (Cierak) Yarosevich.
She graduating from Springfield High School and then Ithaca College majoring in Physical Education.
She married Robert Harrington on December 2, 1950 in Springfield who preceded her in death.
She was a long time resident of Perkinsville, VT where she and her husband Robert Harrington raised their family. She was teacher at Perkinsville Elementary school and taught many of the local children how to swim. In later years she worked in the Springfield school system.
She leaves five children Leslie Harrington of Leesburg, FL, Patrick Harrington and his wife Mary of Claremont, NH, Kelly Harrington of San Diego, CA, Michael Harrington and his predeceased wife Janet of Springfield, VT, Laurel Teal and her husband Greg of Brooksville, FL. She had seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren scattered throughout the United States.
Wanda was giving even after death donating her body to the Dartmouth Medical School.
There will be a celebration of life at a time when the entire family can meet to honor this great lady.
