Barbara is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Phillip J. Gandy Sr.; daughter, Edna Darlene Gandy of Bartlesville, Okla.; son, Phillip James Gandy, Jr. and his wife, Micki of St. Augustine; granddaughter and grandson, great-granddaughter, great-grandson; sister, Edna Kelley Yarbrough; brother-in-law, Elvin P Yarbrough Jr.; nephew and many other relatives. She was predeceased by her parents, Evelyn Kelley Combs and Luther Harris Kelley.
A celebration of her life will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Craig Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
A private family memorial will follow at a future date.
