Steve was born November 19, 1961, to Harlon French and Nancy Franco in Fresno CA.
Steve married the love of his life, Kathy Meadows, on May 20, 2000.
Steve was predeceased by father Harlon French, brother Greg French, sister Denise Olson, and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Survivors include his wife Kathy, parents Fred and Nancy Buckingham, son Timothy Clear (wife Chrissy), son Jason Clear (wife Roberta), brother Brian French (wife Sun Ju), Sister Suzanne Queen (husband Chris), grandchildren: Morganne, David and Elayna as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Steve was an avid Country Music lover, he loved his family and his family loved him. He will be missed by all.
