Boise, Idaho - Mary Lou Vaughn was born to Ernesto Cappiello and Edith (DeMico) Cappiello on November 19th, 1934 in Seattle, Washington. She was raised and educated in Seattle. She married Richard Vaughn in 1956 in Boise. They have four children: Kathy, Rick, Carolyn, and Rob. They have five granddaughters: Megan, Melissa, Ashley, Angela, Arica and two honored grandkids: Veronica and Micah. Nine great-grandchildren: Shelby, Kira, Anna, Abbey, Brian, Brody, Nyla, Zayley, Aria and two honored great-grandchildren: Michael and Katherine. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister, and aunt who raised her. She is survived by her brother George Maddalina and her niece Teresa Poirier. She retired from the Riverside and Downtowner Hotel's after 29 years in the banquet department. She requested cremation, no service or flowers. Donations can be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in her honor.
