He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Patricia (Schumacker) Evans; children, Elizabeth Evans, Carole (Sanjay) Singam, Kristin Kelly, Michael (Natalie) Kelly; sister Susan (Robert) Krantz; grandchildren, Carson, Cameron Singam, Elijah, Noah, Abigail, Rebecca, Joe, Caleb, Isaiah Kelly.
Mark was predeceased by his brother Gary Evans.
Mark was a retired librarian, and a member of the Avon Rotary Club since 1994. He was a Board member of the Buffalo Presidential Center in Buffalo, and an avid collector of presidential campaign memorabilia.
Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo.
