Obituary of Stanley Samuel McClure
Stanley Samuel McClure, 61, of Decatur, passed away at his residence on Friday, October 22, 2021. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Stan is survived by his wife, Terri Hayes McClure; two step children, Chasity Boehm (Donald) and Matthew Bryant (Ashley) and one step granddaughter, Karley Vest. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Joseph McClure; his mother, Louise B. McClure and his beloved dog, Emma. Stan was born in Morgan County, AL on June 25, 1960. He retired from Huntsville International Airport. Stan loved drag racing his Harley, and going on Jeep adventures with his wife Terri. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Pallbearers will be Donald Boehm, Matthew Bryant, Danny Young, Scott Bryant, Carl Blankenship and Timmy Young. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
