Charlie Bluhm's Last Rites Held
Funeral services for Charlie Bluhm, 75, of Perry who died in a Waco hospital at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Marlin, burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Bluhm had been a blacksmith at Perry more than 50 years. He had been working until about two weeks ago. He was born in Perry, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Bluhm, pioneer settlers, and had lived in and around Perry all his life. He was married to Miss Ida Beier of Falls County in 1907. Mr. Bluhm was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow; two brothers, Albert Bluhm of Covington and F. D. Bluhm of Riesel; three sisters, Mrs. C. G. Graeter of Riesel, Mrs. Tillie Potthoff of Breckenridge and Mrs. Ben Miller of 2704 Herring Avenue.
