Marlene R. Blank (Appleby), 65, of Oshkosh passed away April 30, 2015 after battling cancer.
Born Nov. 18, 1949 to Elsie and Floyd Appleby.
Retired from Oshkosh Truck, she enjoyed her craft business, long drives and fishing with her husband Tom, gardening, dining with friends and her special "grammie/smoochie" relationship with granddaughter Alyssa. Everyone knew when dinner was done by the sound of her smoke alarm blaring.
She is survived by husband Tom, children Vicki, Jodi (Barb) and Jason Ebel (Emily), grandchildren Michael (Tiffany), Alyssa, and Jacob Ebel and great-grandchild Claudia Ebel. Further survived by siblings Bev Bethke and Ken Appleby (Lynn), numerous nieces, nephews, stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, sister Joyce Costello and brothers Leonard and Don Seiler.
Visitation will be held at Community Church, 2351 Ryf Rd. Oshkosh, Thursday May, 7 from 4 - 6. Service to follow.
