Leah Carpenter
December 22, 1985 - October 16, 2021

On October 16, 2021, Leah Louise Carpenter (35) took her final breath. She finished her race with beauty and grace. Leah embodied the characteristics of a Proverbs 31 woman. "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness."

Leah Louise Katrinic was born on December 22, 1985 in Flint, Michigan to Robert and Connie Katrinic. Those who knew her were immersed in her love and compassion for others. She never met a stranger and she made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the world. Leah was the hardest working person and never gave a complaint or problem without a solution or taking on the problem herself.

Leah is survived by her husband, Brandon and son, Lorenzo; mother, Connie Katrinic; sister, Amber Foster (Steven); and brother, Robert Katrinic (Bree); nieces, Annika and Gabriela; nephews, Nolan, Preston, Brennan, and Roman. Leah was preceded in death by her father, "the Leatherman" and brother, Roman.

Leah brought joy to all those she met and had a never give up attitude. She pushed others to do their best and to "suck it up and stop being a baby". She always strived to do her best in all things, as unto the Lord. Leah loved to be with her family and friends, help others, eat Mexican food, surround herself with flowers and laugh until she cried. Her trust in God never wavered and she believed that He truly could do all things. Her greatest desire was to see her loved ones serve Jesus and fully trust in Him.

The family would like to express appreciation for each prayer, word of encouragement, hug, meal, and support throughout this difficult time.

Please join in celebrating Leah's life, Friday, October 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at The Church of God of the Union Assembly, 3821 Hwy 34 W, in Newnan. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at the church.
