She was born on May 27, 1972 in Pineville, LA to Rutha B. Holden and Curley Holden Sr.
She was a loving mother, wife and grandmother who loved to sing and dance at every family event she would have. She also loved Louisiana foods like crawfish, she would cook it with corn, potatoes and sausage. She would serve that at every yard party she would have. She loved bringing family together and she was big on family. She had such a big heart always always willing to give and love. She will be truly missed.
She was preceded in death by two siblings Cabrini Holden and and Jessie Holden.
She is survived by her husband of 1 year but together for 10 years, her children Rosa Holden, Corey Holden and Frederick Holden, her parents Rutha B. Holden and Curley Holden Sr., her siblings Mariah Holden, Curley Holden Jr., Sabrina Jones and Kathy Holden, her maternal grandparents Mariah Mitchell and Paul Buard, her paternal grandparents Clarence Holden Sr. and Leontyne Holden-Ellis and six grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Washington Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.
Pallbearers will be Correy Holden, Frederick Holden, Terry Holden, Roger Owens, Travis Holden and Curley Holden.
Viewing will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 22, 2021 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
