Wife of the late Charles S. Hoffman, II, and sister of the late Joan Kenney, Barbara is survived by her son, James K. (Donna) of Medford; her grandchildren, Kristen Rofrano (Joshua) and Kyle; and her great grandchildren Brynn and Blake Rofrano. Barbara was a legal secretary for Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose and Podalsky. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church. A viewing will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 beginning at 10 AM with Funeral Services at 11 AM at Lechner Funeral Home, 24 N. Main St., Medford. Burial is private.
