Karen A. Timko, 70, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA.
Karen was born in Portsmouth, VA on December 25, 1950, the daughter of the late Sue (Herrin) and John McNeece. She was the widow of Gerry A. Timko.
She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church in Harrisonville, PA and was the former owner/operator of the Packhorse Tavern in McConnellsburg, PA. Karen really enjoyed her grandchildren and especially her great grandchildren.
Karen is survived by son David (husband of Melissa) Masters, of Harrisonville, PA, daughters Amber (wife of Curt) Poggenpohl, of Chesapeake, VA, Whitney (wife of Eric) Knepper, of McConnellsburg, PA, sisters Carol Judd, of Chesapeake, VA, Terri (wife of Skip) Keith, of Knotts Island, NC, brother Billy McNeece, of Virginia Beach, VA, grandchildren Jasmine, Jordan, Josi, Marleigh, Jade (wife of Lawrence), Malachi, Damon and Carson, great grandchildren Aurora, Ezra, Zaji, Phoenix, Luca and Oliver. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, October 31st, 2021 at Karen's home from 2 PM to 5 PM with a time of prayer at 3 PM with Pastor Erik Sollenberger.
