Stuart "Stu" Cooper, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021. He was born on June 23, 1941 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Arthur and Lorena (Wade) Cooper.

Along with his parents, Stu is preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Cooper.

Stu lived a full life enjoying motorcycles, camping with friends and family at Nolin Lake, was a avid photographer and gun enthusiast. He was an Army Veteran and a retired School Teacher of PRP High School. More than anything, Stu loved his friends and family and loved entertaining them with stories of his life. He was also a Free Mason and a Shriner and loved performing as a clown in the Kosair Shrine Circus and for sick kids at Kosair Children's Hospital.

Here to carry on his memory are his daughter, Tiffany Armour, companion, Peggy Cooper, step Children, Jason (Jamie) Branham and Sarah (Derek) Tehrani, grandchildren , Blakelee Haarman, Shelby Haarman, Katie Armour, Tyler Branham, Logan Tehrani and Ellie Tehrani, great grandson, Brody Lay, a host of beloved friends and who could forget his faithful sidekick, Rocky.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
