Courtney Renee Martin, age 41, of Brookport, IL, passed away in Nashville, TN.

She was of the Baptist faith and attended Unity Baptist Church in Brookport.

She was a graduate of Massac County High School and was formerly employed in administration with National Environmental Contracting, Inc. of Louisville, KY.

She is survived by one son, Jonathan George; one daughter, Natyra Martin; her parents, Edgar L. Martin, Jr. and Linda Campbell Martin, all of Brookport, IL; one aunt, Reagan "Nikki" (Will) Porter; one uncle, Kaven (Marnita) Martin; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Derrick Martin.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, October 21, 2021, 12:00 noon at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Friends may also call at the church on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
