Mr. Anthony "Tony" Duwayne Bishop, Sr. age 62, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021.
Tony was born on August 31, 1959 in Rockmart, GA, to his late parents: Esmer B. Bishop and Virginia Annette Roberson Bishop. He lived the greater part of his life in the Rockmart and Aragon area. Mr. Bishop was a proud United States Army Veteran and a member of Euharlee Baptist Church. Tony loved baseball and coaching little league and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Tony "Little Tony" Bishop and brother, Michael Bishop.
Funeral Services for Tony will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Chapel . Interment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery at a later date.
