The family of CWO Kenneth L Mitchell (USMC Ret.) of Pensacola, FL is saddened to announce his passing on Thursday October 7, 2021 at the age of 81 years. Kenneth [Ken] served multiple tours of duty in Vietnam from 1965 - 1967. He retired from the Marine Corp in 1978 and graduated with a B.A. from Park College the same year. Ken enjoyed traveling and working on computers in his spare time, often donating his services to those in need. He is survived by his wife Catherine Mitchell, daughter Melanie Mitchell, stepson Alexander Reeder, stepson William Reeder, stepdaughter Sara Reeder, grandchild Avery Browning, grandchild Rayegon Reeder, grandchild Alexa Reeder, and brother J.C. Mitchell.

Services will be 10:00AM Thursday October 21, 2021 at Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home with interment to Barrancas National Cemetery.

WATERS & HIBBERT FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
