He was born on November 7, 1956, son of the late Lyman and Ruby (Burdick) Williams and received his educated in the Stratford school.
Keith proudly entered into service for his country enlisting with the US Army in 1976 and was honorably discharged in 1979.
He was employed as a welder. Keith loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle and his many rides enjoying the outdoors. He loved hunting in his leisure time.
Survivors include his loving family: his daughter, Melissa Krick and husband, David, of Little Falls; four cherished grandchildren, Courtney, Miranda, Hunter and Breanna; three adored great-grandchildren, Nova, Ryker, Eastyn; a special nephew, Kevin Williams and Stephanie Worden; niece, Christine Day and Tim; nephew, Forrest Day and Julie; nieces, Roxanne Day and Beth Day; and several other nieces and nephews; a close friend, Thomas "Topper" Jackson and wife, Paula; close cousins, Willard Burdick and David Williams; and his beloved canine companion, Bucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Lou Ann Day, on January 13, 2021, Kevin Williams, on September 19, 1993; and nephews, Jacob Day, on September 6, 1999 and Dennis Williams on August 19, 2017.
Military Honors will be offered. Burial will take place at a later date in Stratford Cemetery.
