Deborah J. (Sewell) Adams, 62, residing in Monroeville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

Debbie was born on February 13, 1959 in Muncie, IN to the late James H. and Beverly J. (Huntzinger) Sewell.

Debbie graduated in 1977 from Delta High School in Albany, IN. She worked as a nurses aid for many years and retired in 2003. Debbie loved shopping, going to Cedar Point to ride roller coasters, spending time with her family, and being outdoors, especially taking morning walks with her dogs, Katie and Si.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Adams; sons, James Smith and Jonathan (Kelli) Smith of Muncie, IN; five grandchildren, Kiersten, Kaleb, Niklas, Haley and Ethan; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tony (Steve) Sewell and Danny Sewell, both of IN; brother-in-law, Don Adams; sister-in-law, Diane Moore; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her siblings Cathy Sewell and Jeff Sewell; daughter-in-law, Teresa Smith; and father and mother-in-law, Hobert and Shelby Adams.

Private family services will take place at a later date. The Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory in Sandusky is assisting the family with arrangements.
Note: Father and Mother in law are buried here. Just a guess that she will be buried here also.
