Roger 'Keith' Maynard was born June 17, 1968 in Avery County, North Carolina, and he passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 53.
Keith was the son on Richard D. Maynard and Frances Jeanette Estep Maynard. He married Darla Stafford Maynard on October 16, 2004 having just celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary. He was of Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Darla Maynard of Jackson County, sons, Eli Maynard of Jackson County, Dustin Maynard and Josh Maynard both of North Carolina; brothers, Rick and Scott Maynard both of Putnam County; sisters, Connie Maynard and Sandy Litton both of Putnam County; mother, Frances Maynard of Putnam County and 1 grandchild.
Services will be on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in the Chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Dr. Jim McAfee officiating. Interment will follow in West Cemetery in Putnam County.
