It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Nelson of Monticello, Minnesota, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 93. She was predeceased by : her parents, William McDowall and Grace McDowall; her husband Ray Nelson; her siblings, Grace, Liz, George and Bill; her son Ron; and her grandson Andrew.
She is survived by : her children, Sandy Hayes (Tom), Rick Nelson, Kathy Davies (Russ), Mark Nelson (Julie), Dean and Tricia Martin (Terry); and her siblings, Mary Lou Kerber and Bob McDowall (Pat). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
