SCOTTSDALE – Friends of Amber Ruth Ida Thompson, 69, who died Nov. 8, 1983, at her Scottsdale residence, may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden.
Mrs. Thompson was born in South Dakota and moved to Arizona 25 years ago from Minnesota.
Survivors include her husband, Edward; daughters, Sharon Prechel and Leah Pitiak; sons, Kermit and Robert; a sister and six brothers.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, 515 E. Continental Drive, Tempe.
