Farmland - Clarence Henry "Buck" Jones, 61, of Farmland, formerly of Gaston, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021, at the Veterans Medical Center in Iowa City, IA.

Buck was born on December 7, 1959, in Muncie to the late William and Janet (Hayes) Jones. He was a graduate of Wes-Del High School. Buck was a United States Army Veteran stationed in Germany during his service. He was a former police officer and over the road truck driver. Buck was a member of the Patriot Guard, The Guardians of the Children, American Legion, and Am Vets. He loved to ride his motorcycle and participated in as many charity rides as he could. He helped as many people in life as he was able. He truly had a heart larger than life.

Buck is survived by four children, Chrissy Smith (Jason), Jason Duncan (Angie Truman), Kippard Dean Jones, and Bethany Jones; four grandchildren, Emmitt Smith, Holden Smith, Paisley Cheever, and Magnolia Myers; two sisters, Gaylynn Webster (Randy) and Mary Shirley (Craig); brother, Billy Jones (Angel); and several nieces and nephews.

Buck was preceded in death by his brother, Warren Jones.

Family and friends may gather to remember and celebrate Buck's life from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Gant Funeral Homes – Gaston Chapel, 109 W. Elm St. in Gaston. Followed by a motorcycle lead procession to the Royerton Am Vets Post #12 for Military Honors conducted by the Veteran's of Delaware County Honor Guard. Following the services, Buck's family will hold a celebration at 7:00 pm at 14401 N. 175 E., Eaton, IN 47338.
