Wanda Lucille Norman, 82, of Lake Dallas passed away on October 12, 2021, in Denton, Texas. She was born in Evansville, Indiana to James and Lillian Bailey.

Wanda was married to her first love, Gerald Joe Julian for 5 years and had two children. In October 1965, she married Murclay Lewis (Andy) Andrepont, had 1 child and was married for over 20 years. After his death, Wanda married her soulmate James Philip Norman from Lake Dallas. Wanda and Philip were together for 18 years until his passing in 2005. Together they raised and adopted their 3 grandchildren Brittiny, Brandi and Chris. Wanda was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend. She never met a stranger and was loved by all she touched. She treasured life and every moment with her friends and family. Wanda was selfless, always going out of her way to help a neighbor or a friend in need. Wanda will be greatly missed by all of her friends and family and her memory will live on in each of our hearts forever. She was a devout member of Open Arms Church in Lake Dallas.

Wanda is survived by her sister Bonnie Bailey Williams, husband Larry Williams and brother James (Sonny) Bailey, Jr., wife Helen Bailey, daughter Rhonda Julian Hamm, husband Kevin Hamm, sons Gerald (Jerry) Joe Julian, wife Angela Julian and Mark Andrepont. Wanda adopted her 3 grandchildren, daughters Brittiny, Brandi and son Chris Norman. Grandchildren: Jennifer Hamm Travis, Nikita Julian McMahan, Cyanna and Kiara Julian. Great Grandchildren: Dean and Elise Travis, Nadia Julian and LockLynn McMahan, Hayden Laiza, Ryleigh, and Axel Forgey.

Wanda is proceeded in death by her husband James Philip Norman, father James Bailey, Sr., mother Lillian Fleeger Bailey, brother Gilbert Bailey.

A committal service will be held on October 28, 2021, at 1:00 PM at the Dallas Forth Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
