Martha was born December 7, 1943 in Alvarado, Texas, to Charles Richardson and Mattie Lee Bowser.
Martha touched so many lives in some small way throughout her very memorable life. Her gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around her. With Martha's passing we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her every day, especially her winning smile, she will forever remain in our hearts. Martha loved playing cards, dominoes, the slots and horse racing. Her greatest joy was having all of her six sons together.
Martha is survived by her six sons: Artis (Kimberley) of Las Vegas, NV; Edward (Carolyn) of Colorado Springs, CO; Ray (Martha) of Los Angeles, CA; Leonard of Los Angeles, CA; Andre of Phoenix, AZ; and Dwayne (Anita) of Phoenix, AZ; one sister, Delores Richardson of Fort Worth, TX; a God-given daughter - Monique Meriweather of Los Angeles, CA; 36 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
Martha will be entombed in Inglewood Memorial Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
