He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hazel Lewis; his parents; and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel Whybrew Lewis; sons, Ronnie Lewis, Errol "Curly" Lewis, Jimmy Lewis and Jerry Lewis; daughter, Karen Hooper; sister, Pauline Wymer; and several grandchildren.
Graveside services were held in Ballews Chapel. Arrangements were by Dillinger Funeral Home.
