Born in Richmond County, GA and a resident of Jackson, SC, most of his life, he was a son of Timothy Shane Baughman, Sr. and Melissa D. Cook-Baughman. He was currently a Cook at Clemson University and had formerly been employed by BMW. Little Timmy enjoyed small engine repair, being around water, music, dancing, cars and most importantly being with his family.
In addition to his parents, family members include a brother who he loved dearly, Tanner Timothy Baughman and his wife, Hannah, Beech Island, SC, grandparents, Barbara Johnson, Augusta, GA, Robert Cook, Florence, AL, Annie Cook, Florence, AL, Sharon Collins, Jackson, SC and Ernest Collins, North Augusta, SC and an uncle, Brian Collins and his wife, Jennifer.
